> By connecting to any RakuPlays server, using our website, Discord, or participating in our community, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and all server rules.

> If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of RakuPlays immediately.

2. Eligibility

> You are responsible for ensuring that your use of RakuPlays complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your country or region.

> Players under the age required to enter into legal agreements in their jurisdiction should obtain permission from a parent or guardian before using the server.

3. Server Rules

> Players must not:

• - Use hacks, cheats, exploits, macros, or unauthorized modifications.
• - Abuse glitches or bugs for personal gain.
• - Harass, threaten, or bully other players.
• - Use offensive, hateful, or discriminatory language.
• - Impersonate staff members.
• - Attempt to damage, disrupt, or negatively affect the server's operation.
• - Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.

> Staff decisions are made to maintain a fair and enjoyable gaming environment and should be respected.

4. Punishments

> RakuPlays reserves the right to issue punishments including:

• - Restrictions on gameplay features

> Punishments may be issued when a player violates server rules or otherwise harms the community experience. Attempts to evade punishments through alternate accounts or other methods may result in additional penalties.

5. Virtual Items and Purchases

> RakuPlays offers optional purchases through our Tebex store.

> Examples include:

• - Ranks
• - Enchantments
• - Cosmetic features
• - Gameplay abilities (such as Fly, Fix, and similar perks)

> These purchases are voluntary and do not grant ownership rights in RakuPlays, its content, or services. All virtual items, perks, and benefits remain the property of RakuPlays and may be modified, rebalanced, removed, or discontinued at our discretion if required for gameplay, server maintenance, or community health.

6. Payments and Refunds

> Payments are processed through Tebex.

> As Tebex acts as the merchant and payment processor, all payment-related matters, including billing information, payment disputes, chargebacks, refunds, and payment data handling are governed by Tebex's own policies and terms.

> Players should consult Tebex directly regarding payment-related issues.

> Abuse of chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or permanent removal of access to RakuPlays services.

7. No Guarantees

> RakuPlays is provided on an "as available" basis.

> We make no guarantees regarding:

• - Server uptime
• - Availability of specific game modes
• - Preservation of items, balances, statistics, or player progress
• - Compatibility with future Minecraft versions

> We may modify, reset, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

> All server content, branding, logos, graphics, custom configurations, and original materials created for RakuPlays remain the property of RakuPlays unless otherwise stated.

> Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. RakuPlays is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

9. Limitation of Liability

> To the maximum extent permitted by law, RakuPlays, its owners, staff, and volunteers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the server.

10. Changes to These Terms

> We may update these Terms of Service at any time.

> Continued use of RakuPlays after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Raky Games Online

> RakuPlays provides a collection of browser-based games through the Raky Games Online section of the website.

> By participating in these games, users may voluntarily submit a display name, nickname, alias, or username for leaderboard and highscore purposes.

> By submitting a name or alias, you acknowledge and agree that:

• - Submitted names may be displayed publicly on leaderboards and highscore tables.
• - Users should not use real names or personally identifiable information unless they are comfortable displaying such information publicly.
• - RakuPlays reserves the right to remove, edit, reset, or reject offensive, inappropriate, misleading, or rule-violating names from leaderboards.
• - RakuPlays may reset leaderboards or remove scores periodically for maintenance, fairness, seasonal events, or technical reasons.
• - Attempts to exploit, cheat, manipulate, or falsify scores may result in score removal, leaderboard resets, website restrictions, or Minecraft server punishments where applicable.

> Leaderboard participation is entirely voluntary.

12. Website Accounts & Community Chat

> RakuPlays may provide community features including, but not limited to: website user accounts, community chat systems, private messaging features, forums and discussion areas, and Raky Games Online leaderboards and social features.

> In order to access certain features, users may be required to provide information such as: email address, username, display name or alias, date of birth, and age confirmation.

> By creating an account or using community communication features, you agree that:

• - The information provided is accurate and belongs to you.
• - You are at least 13 years of age, or meet the minimum age required by your local jurisdiction to use online community services.
• - You will not impersonate another individual, staff member, content creator, or community member.
• - You will not use community features to harass, threaten, spam, scam, or otherwise disrupt the experience of other users.

> RakuPlays reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove accounts, chat access, or website access where rules are violated. Users who are found to have falsely declared their age may have their accounts suspended or removed to comply with applicable child privacy and online safety laws.
