RELAY TERMS

1. Acceptance of Terms

> By inviting, using, or interacting with the Relay Discord Bot ("Bot"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Bot and remove it from your Discord server.

2. Description of Service

> Relay is a Discord bot designed to facilitate communication between Discord servers and supported game servers. Features may include, but are not limited to:

• - Relaying messages between Discord and game servers.
• - Server moderation functions.
• - Muting, kicking, banning, warning, or otherwise moderating users.
• - Managing channels, roles, and messages when granted appropriate permissions.
• - Additional features that may be added, modified, or removed at any time.

3. Permissions

> To function properly, Relay may require permissions granted through Discord, including administrative and moderation-related permissions.

> By adding the Bot to your server, you acknowledge that:

• - You are responsible for the permissions you grant the Bot.
• - Actions performed by the Bot are based on commands, configurations, or automated processes enabled by server administrators.
• - The Bot may perform moderation actions such as muting, kicking, or banning users if instructed or configured to do so.

4. User Responsibilities

> Users agree not to:

• - Use the Bot for any unlawful purpose.
• - Abuse, exploit, reverse-engineer, or attempt to compromise the Bot.
• - Use the Bot to harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• - Use the Bot to distribute spam, malware, or malicious content.
• - Interfere with the normal operation of the Bot or related services.

> Server owners and administrators remain solely responsible for how the Bot is configured and used within their servers.

5. Data Collection and Usage

> To provide its services, Relay may process and store limited information, including:

• - Discord server IDs.
• - Discord channel IDs.
• - Discord user IDs.
• - Message content necessary for message-relay functionality.
• - Server configuration settings.
• - Moderation logs and command usage records.

> This information is used solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Bot's functionality.

6. Message Relay Services

> Relay relays messages between Discord and connected game servers. By using this functionality, you understand and agree that:

• - Messages sent through relay channels may be visible to users on both platforms.
• - Server administrators are responsible for informing their communities that message relay functionality is active.
• - The Bot operator is not responsible for content submitted by users through relay systems.

7. Moderation Actions

> The Bot may execute moderation actions, including but not limited to:

• - Warnings
• - Message deletion
• - Temporary mutes
• - Permanent mutes
• - Kicks
• - Temporary bans
• - Permanent bans

> The Bot acts according to commands and configurations established by authorized users. The Bot owner is not responsible for moderation decisions made by server staff.

8. Availability

> The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

> We do not guarantee:

• - Continuous uptime.
• - Uninterrupted service.
• - Error-free operation.
• - Compatibility with all future Discord or game-server updates.

> Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

> To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators, developers, and maintainers of Relay shall not be liable for:

• - Loss of data.
• - Loss of server configurations.
• - User disputes.
• - Moderation actions performed through the Bot.
• - Service interruptions.
• - Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Bot.

> Use of the Bot is entirely at your own risk.

10. Termination

> We reserve the right to:

• - Restrict or suspend access to the Bot.
• - Block servers or users from using the Bot.
• - Remove functionality without notice.

> Any server or user found violating these Terms may lose access to the Bot.

11. Changes to These Terms

> These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Bot following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
